The short version. USAHOMESHUB is an independent marketing website. We are not an insurer, a warranty company, a broker, or a government agency. We are paid a commission by the companies we link to, including Choice Home Warranty. That commission never changes the price you are quoted.

What we are

USAHOMESHUB operates advertising campaigns and informational websites about home warranty and home service products. We do not sell, administer, underwrite, or service any of those products. We cannot approve or deny an application, set a price, accept a payment, or handle a claim. Every product described on this site is provided by a licensed third-party company under a contract between you and them.

How we make money

We are paid on an affiliate basis. When you click a link on this site marked as an advertiser link and then request a quote or buy a plan, the company may pay us a commission or a referral fee. We are paid for the referral itself. We are not paid more for steering you toward a more expensive plan, and we have no ability to affect what you are offered.

Being paid this way gives us a financial interest in you clicking our links. We think you should know that while you are reading, not buried in a footer, which is why the disclosure appears at the top of our advertising pages.

Who pays us

As of the date above, we have a paid affiliate relationship with Choice Home Warranty. Our home warranty pages link to Choice Home Warranty and we are paid when a visitor requests a quote through those links.

This list can change. If we add advertisers, we will update this page. If a page on this site links to a company that pays us, that page will say so.

What our content is and is not

  • Our pages are general information. They are not financial, legal, or insurance advice, and they are not a recommendation that a product suits your circumstances.
  • Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer of coverage, an approval, or a guarantee of eligibility or price.
  • We describe coverage in general terms. The contract the provider issues you is the only document that determines what is covered. Where our summary and that contract differ, the contract governs.
  • We do not review every provider in the market. We write about companies we have an affiliate relationship with, so this site is not a comprehensive comparison and should not be treated as one. Compare offers elsewhere before you buy.

No product described on this site is a government programme or a veterans' benefit. Where we mention military or veteran discounts, those are commercial offers run by private companies, and we say who runs them.
