USAHOMESHUB (“we”, “us”) is an independent marketing company. We run advertising campaigns and informational websites that describe home warranty and home service products offered by licensed third-party companies, and we are paid a commission when a visitor requests a quote from one of them. We are not an insurer, a warranty administrator, a broker, or a government agency. See our advertiser disclosure.

This site has no contact form, no lead form, and no account sign-up. We do not ask for or store your name, postal address, email address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, financial details, or military service records.
The questions in the guide on our home warranty page are answered entirely in your own browser. Your answers are used to decide which text to show you next and are not transmitted to us, stored, or shared with anyone. Closing the page discards them.
We aim to keep this minimal. Where we or an advertising partner use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, they are used to measure whether an advertisement led to a referral, not to build a profile of you for resale. Advertising platforms we use, such as Google Ads, may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and both iOS and Android provide controls to limit ad tracking. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading anything on this site.
Links marked as advertiser or sponsored links take you to a third-party website, currently Choice Home Warranty. The click may pass through a tracking redirect so the referral can be attributed to us.
Anything you type on the advertiser's website - including your name, contact details, and property information - is collected by that company under their privacy policy and their terms, not ours. We do not receive a copy of it. If you consent on their form to be contacted by phone, text, or email, that consent is given to them, and any opt-out request must be made to them.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not have a lead-generation business that passes your contact details to buyers. The limited data described above is handled by our hosting and analytics providers acting on our behalf, and by advertising platforms for measuring campaign performance. We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not collect contact details, in most cases we will hold nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs.
To make a request, email privacy@usahomeshub.com. We will respond within the time your jurisdiction requires, and within 45 days at the latest. If you want your details removed from an advertiser's records, contact that advertiser directly, since they are the ones holding them.
Server and analytics records are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site, and are then deleted or aggregated. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for adults who own or are buying a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The version posted on this page, with the date at the top, is the version in effect. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
