Homes Hub
We explain how home warranty plans work — what they cover, what they exclude, and what they cost — and then point you to the company that sells them. We are not a warranty company or an insurer, and we are paid a commission when you request a quote through our links.
We earn a commission from Choice Home Warranty when a reader requests a quote. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not change the price you are offered.
An advertising business that says so.
USAHOMESHUB is a small independent marketing company. We write about home warranty plans and refer readers to the licensed companies that sell them. We are paid a commission for those referrals, and we tell you that at the top of every page rather than hiding it in a footer.
We do not sell, administer, underwrite, or service any plan. We cannot approve you, price your contract, or handle a claim. Only the provider can do that, and only the contract they issue you determines what is actually covered.
What you can expect from us
- A plain explanation of what these plans cover and exclude
- No invented prices, savings figures, or eligibility claims
- A clear statement of who pays us, on every page
- No contact form, no lead selling, and no cold calls from us
How it works
Three steps, and we are only involved in the first one.
Step 1
Read the guide
Find out what a home warranty covers, what it does not, and whether it is worth it for your situation. Nothing is submitted and we collect no contact details.
Step 2
Go to the provider
If it looks like a fit, follow our marked advertiser link to Choice Home Warranty and deal with them on their own website. We are paid a commission at this point.
Step 3
They quote you, not us
The provider sets your price and coverage and issues the contract. Read it before you buy. Take your time — there is no deadline here.
